使用支援

Mosaic 將擷取、搜尋、規劃與 Apple Intelligence 工具整合在一個受保護的工作空間中。

開始前確認

  • Mosaic 需要 iOS 27 或更新版本。
  • 部分 AI、Image Playground、Visual Intelligence 與語音能力需要支援 Apple Intelligence 的裝置、已下載模型，以及相容的語言與地區。
  • Private Cloud Compute 與 CloudKit 需要網路；CloudKit 同步另需登入 iCloud。
  • 相機、照片、麥克風、語音辨識、行事曆、提醒事項與 Face ID 只會在相關功能需要時提出系統權限要求。

AI 功能顯示無法使用

  1. 到「設定」確認 Apple Intelligence 已開啟，所需模型已下載。
  2. 確認裝置語言、Siri 語言與所在地區支援該功能。
  3. 重新開啟 Mosaic 的「能力中心」，查看是裝置模型、PCC、配額或網路狀態。
  4. AI 暫時無法使用時，擷取、編輯與本機搜尋仍可繼續使用。

開始使用對話助理

  1. 點首頁「Mosaic 助理」區塊的「開啟助理」，或側欄的「Mosaic 助理」；不必先加入資料。
  2. 用一般對話方式提問或追問；助理會跟隨最新訊息的主要語言回覆，除非你明確指定另一種輸出語言。若 Apple 模型回覆語言不符，Mosaic 會先要求 Apple 模型修正，必要時再使用 Apple Translation，並檢查來源標記是否保留；未下載所需語言或無法符合時會明確顯示錯誤。若已加入文字、連結、照片、文件、掃描或語音筆記，助理也能搜尋目前空間中獲准的內容。對話會保存在目前空間，來源卡可回到原始資料。
  3. 新對話預設使用 Private Cloud Compute。你可在「助理控制」選擇模型偏好及輕量、中等或深度推理。自動模式會依問題複雜度與資料政策選擇可用的 Apple 模型。
  4. 若要讓個人內容進入 PCC，請先查看資料範圍並開啟明確同意。敏感內容保留在裝置，受限制內容不會傳送。

能力面板會即時顯示推理、工具呼叫、引導式生成、視覺、內容窗口、語言支援與 PCC 配額。實際能力取決於裝置、系統、語言、地區、網路與 Apple 服務狀態。

網路搜尋怎麼運作

助理會依問題需要自動搜尋，不需額外開關。Mosaic 只會為可安全公開的本次問題送出查詢；不會把空間擷取內容、先前助理訊息或私人識別碼放進搜尋字串。iOS App 會依問題類型直接查詢 Wikipedia／Wikidata、GDELT／Hacker News、Stack Overflow／GitHub、Crossref／arXiv／Europe PMC 或 Open Library，也能讀取你明確貼出的公開 HTTPS URL。沒有 Mosaic 搜尋 Worker、伺服器或安裝識別碼。搜尋結果以可點選的來源卡回到對話，最終回答仍只由 Apple Foundation Models 產生。

網路搜尋需要網路與可用的公開上游，但不需要付費搜尋額度。各上游會收到公開查詢與裝置網路位址，並適用各自政策。單一來源限流或暫時不可用時，Mosaic 會繼續使用其他成功來源；若全部不可用則顯示錯誤。私人待辦整理與本機資料問題不會因此自動送去公開索引。

同步與延伸功能

CloudKit 同步只處理你允許的安全投影；原始附件與受限制內容不直接加入雲端。Share Extension 與 Widget 透過受保護的 App Group 與主 App 交換必要資料。若同步延遲，請確認 iCloud、網路與 Mosaic 內的同步設定，並保持 App 開啟片刻。

刪除與匯出

你可以在 Mosaic 內匯出自己的資料，或執行完整刪除。完整刪除會移除本機資料庫、受保護附件、Share inbox 與本機索引；雲端刪除標記會防止較舊的同步資料復原已刪除內容。

Mosaic Support

Mosaic requires iOS 27 or later. Some Apple Intelligence, Image Playground, Visual Intelligence, and speech features require an eligible device, downloaded models, and a supported language and region. PCC and CloudKit require a network connection, and CloudKit sync requires iCloud.

The assistant replies in the dominant language of your latest message unless you explicitly request another output language. If an Apple model responds in the wrong language, Mosaic first asks the Apple model to correct it, then uses Apple Translation when needed, checking that citation markers remain intact. Missing language downloads or correction failures are reported explicitly. New conversations prefer Private Cloud Compute. Use Assistant Controls to choose a model preference, select a reasoning level, and approve the PCC data scope. Public web search runs automatically when the question needs it. The capability panel reports the Apple model's live reasoning, tool-calling, guided-generation, vision, context-window, locale, and quota status.

Automatic web search sends only safe public terms from the current question. Private task organization and local source questions do not trigger public-index searches. The iOS app directly queries relevant no-key public indexes, with no Mosaic search server or installation identifier, and degrades safely when one source is unavailable. Each upstream receives the public query and device network address under its own policy. Captured workspace content, previous assistant messages, and private identifiers are excluded. Search results appear as source cards, while the final response is generated only by Apple Foundation Models.

If an AI feature is unavailable, check Apple Intelligence and model downloads in Settings, then review Mosaic's capability status. Capture, editing, and local search continue to work when AI is unavailable.
